perFORM is a music business and artistic development incubator. Founded in 2019, the program focuses on enabling music industry practitioners in Africa to Filter, Order, Refine, and Master the artistic and business skills required to build a sustainable music enterprise.

perFORM trains passionate individuals across seven disciplines within the music ecosystem, namely: Artists (Singers, Songwriters, Music Producers), Artist Managers, Publicists, Event Producers, Music Producers, Sound Engineers, & Lighting Engineers. At its core, each program focuses on developing skills, networks, and opportunities for the music industry in Africa.

Through its thoughtful intervention, the perFORM Program aims to make a significant contribution towards MME’s overarching vision of powering music success in Africa.
