‘Evidence Iko kwa Kalatas!’: perFORM phase III Nairobi participants have graduated

After 8 weeks of intensive training, perFORM’s Nairobi cohort has officially wrapped up their journey!

111 participants across the Artist, Artist Manager, Event Producer, and Publicist Programs took part in this transformative experience.

They dove deep into how to approach their creative careers like businesses—learning to strategize, plan next steps, and collaborate with peers across disciplines.

Throughout the program, they connected with top industry professionals who shared invaluable insights.

They also began creating music during the Creative Bootcamp, setting the stage for exciting releases soon—keep an eye (and an ear) out!

The program concluded with a high-energy, two-night showcase featuring 50 emerging artists who brought their learnings to the stage. It was more than a performance—it was proof of growth, grit, and talent ready for the next stage.

Graduation isn't the end—it’s a milestone. As they transition into work and real-world application, we’re proud to have equipped them with the skills, networks, and opportunities to thrive.
